How we work with families
Very often it is an adult child who arranges the service, sometimes from another state. That works perfectly well — we keep whoever you nominate informed about what has been done.
A no-pressure first conversation
We talk through what is needed and what the household would rather we left alone.
A walk-through of the home
We note the rooms in daily use, any mobility aids, pets and anything fragile or sentimental.
Agree a routine
A set day and time, the same technician, and a task list everyone has seen.
Review as things change
Needs shift. We adjust the task list rather than making you start again.
