Why it comes back so fast
The single biggest factor is ventilation. A bathroom that cannot dry out will grow mould again within weeks no matter how well it is cleaned. If we think the extractor is the real problem we will tell you, because no amount of cleaning fixes an airflow issue.
A note on mould
We remove mould from hard surfaces as part of the clean. Where mould has penetrated plaster, silicone or grout beyond the surface, that is a repair job for a trade rather than a cleaning job, and we will point it out rather than paint over it.

Common questions
Can you get old grout white again?
Often we can lift it a long way. Grout that is permanently stained or breaking down needs regrouting, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Do you remove mould?
From hard surfaces, yes. Mould that has gone into silicone or plaster is a repair, not a clean.
Is this included in a regular clean?
A regular clean covers general bathroom cleaning. This service is the deeper reset for when general cleaning is no longer keeping up.
