3 Piglets Cleaning is not an NDIS registered provider. That means we can work with self-managed and plan-managed participants, who are free to choose any cleaning provider. If your plan is agency-managed (NDIA-managed), you will need to use an NDIS-registered provider. If you are not sure how your plan is managed, your plan manager or support coordinator can confirm it in a minute.

Common questions
Are you an NDIS registered provider?
No. We are a cleaning business, not a registered NDIS provider. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can choose us freely; agency-managed participants cannot.
What paperwork do you provide?
A written task list agreed before the first clean, and a record of the tasks completed at each visit — normally what a plan manager needs.
Will I get the same person each time?
That is the goal and we hold it wherever we can. If your regular technician is away we tell you in advance and brief whoever covers.
Can you use fragrance-free products?
Yes. Tell us before the first visit and we note it on your file.
