A regular clean maintains a standard. A spring clean resets it. We suggest roughly a six-month interval, and it targets everything a routine visit has to walk past in order to finish on time.

How a spring clean runs
Walk through and plan
A deep clean is planned, not improvised. We work out the order, the access and what needs moving.
Book the time in one block
Spring cleaning done in fragments does not work. We block out what the home actually needs.
Work top-down
Ceilings and fittings first, floors last, so nothing gets re-dirtied on the way through.
Walk it with you
We go through the home together so anything you want revisited gets done before we pack up.

Common questions
How often should I book one?
About every six months works for most homes. If it has been years, expect the first one to be the big job.
Can you do just the kitchen and bathrooms?
Yes. Plenty of clients deep clean the wet areas only and leave the rest to the regular clean.
Is vacate cleaning the same thing?
Related but not identical. A vacate clean is done to an inspection standard on an empty property when you are moving out.
