No cleaner honestly can — bond decisions rest with your agent and cover more than cleanliness, including damage and wear. What we do is clean to the standard agents inspect against, and come back if they raise a cleaning issue.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes. Cleaning around furniture and boxes cannot reach the standard an inspection expects.
Do you do carpet steam cleaning?
Yes, as an add-on. Many leases require it with a receipt, so check yours before booking.
