What we do and do not report
We tell the nominated contact what we noticed — a hallway light out, a handrail feeling loose, the fridge looking emptier than usual. We do not assess, advise or intervene. That line matters and we hold it.
Independence maintained a bit longer
Housework is often one of the first things that becomes genuinely difficult, and one of the last things people want to admit they need help with. Handing over the cleaning is a small, specific bit of help that does not require giving up anything else.
